This typically consists of a smoothie and almond butter toast with fruit. It's delicious and made with love. Besides smoothies and toast, here are some of our favorite Mother's Day Brunch recipes: Savory Vegan Breakfast Casserole Vegan Shakshuka Roasted Potato Arugula Salad Vegan Breakfast Tacos Vegan Savory Waffles Sweet Banana...

Hi, Reader, Whether you celebrate Cinco de Mayo or not, Mexican-inspired recipes are always a good idea in my opinion. Mexican cuisine is one of the easiest to veganize since many recipes are bean and vegetable heavy already. Here are some of our favorite Mexican-inspired recipes: Homemade Guacamole (We can't get enough of this stuff!) 3 Bean Corn Salsa Vegan Queso Refried Beans Spicy Seasoned Black Beans (A staple that we make almost weekly!) Healthy Taco Salad Vegan Enchiladas Sheet Pan...

Here are some of our favorite homemade salad dressings: Southwest Vegan Ranch Dressing (so good on this Taco Salad) Citrus Tahini Dressing (a reader favorite!) Easy Hummus Dressing Lemon Vinaigrette (great on pasta salad) Hemp Seed...
