They're also great for taking on picnics or to potlucks and backyard BBQs. Or if you're a baseball/softball parent like me - they travel easily to games for easy eating on the sidelines. Just don't forget to pack a fork! They can usually be customized with whatever ingredients you have on hand and can easily be scaled up to feed a crowd....
Hi, Reader, Memorial Day weekend is the official start of summer cookout season. Hopefully the weather where you are is nice enough to have an outdoor celebration this year. Hi, Reader, In honor of my son's birthday coming up this week (17! Nearly an adult!) I'm sharing his favorite recipes from Veggie Inspired. He definitely loves pasta of all kinds.
