A balanced, plant-based lunch doesn’t have to be complicated—just a mix of colorful fruits and veggies, satisfying proteins, and fun flavors to keep things exciting.

A few quick tips:

  • Prep in batches: Wash, chop, and portion fruits and veggies at the start of the week to make packing faster.
  • Mix up the main: Rotate wraps, pasta salads, grain bowls, and bento boxes to keep things exciting.
  • Think color & crunch: A variety of textures and colors makes lunches more appealing (and nutrient-rich!).
  • Pack sauces & dips: Hummus, guacamole, or a fun dressing can make veggies and grains extra tasty.
  • Keep it cool: Use an insulated lunch bag and ice packs to keep food fresh until lunchtime.
